What is included and how long it stays.
Which accounts include cloud storage?
Paid Professional accounts include 5 GB for saved files and a separate 250 MB allowance for Recent extractions. Free Professional accounts can extract using available credits, but do not include saved-file storage or retained extraction history.
Are my extractions saved?
On paid accounts, completed extractions are saved in Recent extractions with their source documents and extracted data when temporary storage is available. They remain available for up to 48 hours. Open an available extraction to return to the matching tool.
When does the 48-hour window start?
The window starts when the temporary extraction entry is created. Editing or reopening it does not reset the clock. Save it to Files before it expires if you want to keep it beyond that window.
What happens when I save an extraction to Files?
Its source documents and saved result move into your saved-file storage allowance. They follow the saved-file retention rules instead of the 48-hour expiry. You need enough space in your 5 GB allowance to save them.
Can I upload folders and larger files?
Yes. Upload individual files or folders with their contents, within your storage allowance. Each stored original can be up to 500 MB. Pending uploads and items in Trash count towards your allowance.
Does storing a file use extraction credits?
No. Uploading, organising, previewing and downloading files does not use extraction credits. Loading files from a folder into a tool does not start extraction. Credits are used when you choose to extract.
Can I recover a deleted file?
Saved files and folders normally stay in Trash for up to 30 days, unless you permanently delete them sooner. You can restore them while you have paid storage access. Recent extractions bypass Trash, so save anything you need to Files before expiry.
