ZentraSnap supports bank statements, invoices, and receipts in PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP formats, including scans and photos. Clear, readable documents help you get better extraction results.
Can I review the data before exporting?
Yes. Review the extracted data in ZentraSnap before exporting. For bank statements, you can search and filter transactions and check for imbalances between transactions and balances. Always check the results against your source document.
What can I export to?
Excel (.xlsx) export is available now. Direct exports to QuickBooks and Xero are not currently supported.
How does pricing work?
Subscriptions include a credit allowance for document processing. Credit use depends on the document type and whether OCR is needed. See the pricing page for current plans and allowances.
