Know what you are using
before the next upload.

How many credits does each document use?
Each bank statement page uses 1 credits, whether digital or scanned. Invoice and receipt PDFs use 5 credits per PDF page, including pages containing both types. An uploaded image counts as one page.
Can I mix document types?
Yes. You can use your allowance across bank statements, invoices, and receipts. Invoices and receipts can share one PDF, including the same page. Each PDF page is charged once, regardless of how many documents it contains.
Are free credits a monthly allowance?
Your free credits are a one-time starting allowance for a new account. Standard includes the monthly credit allowance shown above.
Where can I see my actual usage?
Sign in to your dashboard to check your current credit usage. The calculator estimates the workload you enter; it does not read your account balance.
How do I manage my subscription?
Sign in and select Manage subscription on your Standard plan card to view your subscription and the available billing options.
Can I export directly to my accounting software?
You can export to Excel (.xlsx). Direct exports to QuickBooks and Xero are not currently supported.
